Kirstin Rozema
Kiki has spent the last 15 years teaching junior high, and truly believes the classroom is where growth and possibility begin. Along the way, she has had the privilege of serving as Department Head for six years at two different schools, leading curriculum initiatives and supporting fellow teachers. She also ran the Travel Club, giving students opportunities to see the world and expand their perspectives beyond the classroom walls.
Kiki hold a Master’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Leadership, which has strengthened her passion for building strong, supportive school cultures. Beyond teaching, she founded No Girl Left Behind Empowerment Event Ltd., a nonprofit dedicated to helping women and girls grow in confidence, purpose, and mental wellness.
At the heart of everything she does is a belief in empowerment—of students, teachers, and communities. Kiki is especially passionate about supporting the professional growth of other educators, because when teachers thrive, students thrive.
